Are you short-sighted?  Do you ever wish to cure it?  If so, good news for you:

Method:

Recently traditional chinese medicine/treatment becomes very popular in China.  In a chinese herbalist doctor’s book, he gave  an easy method  that will help improve eyesight or probably cure short-sightedness.  All you need to do is to roll your eyes, but do follow the  tips as below:

1. Keep your head still. First roll your eyeballs in a clockwise direction. Do it slowly, left, top, right, bottom, do not move your head or neck.Try to see the very left, very top, very right, very bottom in your eyesight. Repeat this for 25 rounds. Then do it in counterclockwise for 25 rounds.

2. After the process  you will feel the back of your neck  aching a bit. This  is very essencial. Only when you feel it is aching then the method will work.

3. Do it 3 times a day.

Theory:

Here is the explaination  from  Traditional Chinese tratement theory.

In traditional chinese tratement, Myopia is caused by eye muscle’s fatigue. Due to that, eye muscles couldn’t work properly. So the question is how to recover its function. According to the chinese veins and arteries theory, the “urinary bladder veins” (at the back of neck)  control the blood flow to eye muscles.  So rolling eyes will help the eye muscles  connect with “urinary bladder veins”,  which will gradually improve the function of  eye muscles.

Effectiveness:

Suppose now you were minus 5.  In gereral, after following this method, you would be minus 4 probably. Yet this is not for sure, as every person has different conditions.

Many people have tried, and some get very good result. Yes, they have thrown away their glasses.

Just hope this helps.
